I believe in a world where companies don’t profit at the expense of people or the planet.
Nikita T. Mitchell speaks and writes about why CEOs need to think beyond the bottom line. She is the creator of Above the Bottom Line, a newsletter dedicated to keeping you informed of how the world’s most influential companies are taking a stance on important issues. Cited as Diversity MBA Magazine’s Top 100 Under 50 Executive & Emerging Leaders, Nikita is an infinitely curious business strategist and keynote speaker.
Nikita received her M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, Haas School of Business where she was a Principal of the Haas Socially Responsible Investment Fund, a $2.5M student-led investment fund. Nikita was named a Top 50 MBA by Poets & Quants (2015), a recipient of Forte Foundation Edie Hunt Inspiration Award (2015), and the Berkeley-Haas MBA Association’s first Black female president.
A fierce advocate for women’s rights, Nikita serves on the Board of Trustees for Planned Parenthood Northern California and previously served on the Watermark Board of Directors. She is currently a senior manager at Cisco where she is responsible for strategy and planning initiatives for the company’s $20 billion Americas Sales organization. She started her career at Deloitte as a management consultant in Washington, DC.
In her free time you can find Nikita catching up on her never ending reading list, training for a half-marathon or planning her next vacation.
